PAYMENT PROCESSs
- Any token amount pay to book your seat.
- Total 50% must be paid before of journey date.
- Rest Amount must be clear with in 2nd day of your trip. Otherwise service will be stop.
- 60% payment must be done at eleventh hour booking. Remaining 40% has to pay on spot.
CANCELLATION-REFUND-CLAIM POLICY
- 20% cancellation charges of Total Invoice Amount if cancelled 21 days prior of the tour starting date.
- 50% cancellation charges of Total Invoice Amount if cancelled 15 days prior of the tour starting date.
- 100% cancellation charges of Total Invoice Amount if cancelled 7 days prior of the tour starting date.
- 100% of the Total Holiday Amount deduction will be there in case of NO SHOW.
- All cancellation request must be given by Email/ Whats App/ Text Message.
- All claims on refunds will be processed within 21 days from the cancellation request date.
- 10% booking amount are not refundable after book your seat.
- No refund will be entertain for the special time like X-Mas – Puja – Diwali -New Year Summer vacation etc.
CHILD POLICY
- 0 – 4 years of age Complimentary. 5 years to 7 years of age 50% of cost & above 8 years full cost.
- Cancellation for refund will be entertained only by email & what’s app messages.
- All extra charges for laundry, telephone, minibar, alcohol, beverages &food, room heater, fire place , air conditioner loose or damage it will not include with package cost. It directly paid by guests on his/her own account on the spot.
- Covid Cancellation Policy : If any lockdown declared by Govt. for covid, the entire amount is secured and it can be a postponement of dates of the same accommodation within 6 months, except special dates like Christmas , new year & long weekends. Day wise itinerary & night stay may change as per availability/circumstances.
Liability & responsibility
- Check In / Out timings as prescribed by the respective accommodation is to be followed by the Guest(s). Extra charges for retention of rooms beyond the time or Early Check-in will be billed by the accommodation & it has to be paid directly on spot by the Guest(s). Our company will take no liability and responsibility towards the Guest(s) or accommodation in thisscenario.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s) for any obscene, miss behavior, cultural misappropriation and ambiguity created by Guest (s), Third Party or B2B Travel Agents/ Tour Operators or Accommodation. Any consequential expenses must be settled between Guest(s) & Accommodation or any Third Party or B2B Travel Agents/ Tour Operators if any.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s), if the Guest(s) fell sick during the journey or any outdoor activities like river rafting, swimming, paragliding, climbing, car racing, car driving, boating, camping, trekking, high altitude, and allied activities.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s), if the Guest(s) faces any sort of accident like train, airplane, ship, boat, car, animal attack, trekking, high altitude, dacoit attack, drowning, bombing, political turmoil, food poisoning, cylinder burst, riots, curfews and similar mishaps.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest (s) for any Death of the Guest(s) while on tour and all applicable rules and procedures of law are to be followed strictly and all the procedures pertaining to the death shall have to be tackled and handled by the Guest(s) or their relatives at their own cost and consequences.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s) if the Guest(s) or any of their group members face any sort of abuse, misconduct, misbehavior from accommodation staff, drivers, and other related human resources involved during the tour. Any injury, loss, personal harm, death or damage caused to any Guest(s) or their property by the act or default of the management/employees/ agents of an independent contractor should be reported to the accommodation and transport owners.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s) for any damages, additional expenses or any consequential losses suffered by the Guest(s) due to Cancellation, Amendment and/or Alteration of any of the services of the tour mentioned in the Itinerary/ Brochure by JS Tours & Travels after the registration/booking by the Guest(s).
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s) for any loss of baggage by an independent contractor or their agents, hotel staff, bus/coach or during the tour including damage or loss caused to the Guest(s) due to Force Majeure, negligence or technical fault or any other reason whatsoever on account of any change, amendment or cancellation in their schedule by Airline/Railway Authority.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s) for any tour, holiday, excursion facility exceeding the total amount paid or agreed to be paid by the Guest(s) for the tour, including any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever if the Guest(s) is not allowed to stay in the Accommodation or board the Train/Flight to on account certain reasons beyond the control of JS Tours & Travels.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s) for allocation of seats, and food service in the Aircraft/ Train/ Ship/ Cruise, etc.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s) for any overstay expenses on account of any delay or changes in Air, Bus, Ship, Train or cancellation of special bogie on account of Force Majeure including weather conditions, strike, war, political unrest, quarantine, or any other reason whatsoever.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s) if somehow or any certain unavoidable conditions the Accommodation cancels the partial/ full booking of the Guest made JS Tours & Travels 15 days before the Check-in Date. In such a scenario, JS Tours & Travels will try to book another similar property whichever is applicable, and the balance higher and lower to be adjusted with the Guest directly and associated expenses along with the same.
- Our company will be not responsible towards the Guest(s) if the Accommodation cancels partly/ fully, 14 days before the Check-in Date, the Accommodation Management will be fully responsible to make the necessary
Amendments for the Guest with Similar Property and associated expenses along with the same.
All disputes are subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction.
